Summer Porch Pillow Vase Applique©

This is the free pattern for the vase applique that's on this pillow! When using this pattern Applique please give credit and/or link to my blog.

I used a G hook and Red Heart Yarn in Spring Green

Rows

1,2,3, and 4, work 1 sc in every stitch across, ch 1 and turn (20sts)

Row 5

dec 2sc sts, 1 sc in the next 16 sts, dec 2 sc sts, ch1 and turn (18sts)

Row 6

1 sc in each st across, ch 1 & turn (18sts)

Row 7 ch

dec 2 sc sts, 1 sc in the next 14, dec 2 sc sts, ch1 and turn (16sts)

Rows 8, 9, 10, 11, 12

work 1 sc in each st across, ch 1 and turn (16sts)

Row 13

2 sc sts in the first st, 1sc in next 14 sts, 2 sc sts in the last st, ch 1 and turn (18sts)

ch 1 work 1 sc in each st around the entire vase. Fasten off. Then sew it on the front of the pillow.
