Watermelon & Mango Salsa

Here's a great summer recipe if you love watermelon and salsa...
it's super easy and quick to make!
All you need is:
5 to 6 cups Ripe Watermelon diced
1 ripe peeled Ripe Mango diced
3 or 4 tablespoons of Cilantro chopped
1 Chili Pepper, seeded and finely diced
1/3 cup of Purple Onion finely diced
4 to 5 tablespoons of La Costeña Jalapeño Juice
A few dashes of Sea Salt
Juice from half a Lime
Wear gloves when dicing up the chili pepper...if by
chance you happen to get the seeds or the juice
from the chili pepper on your hands and they
start to burn...pour olive oil on them and rub it into the
infected area, leave on for about 5 to 6 minutes...
this will help relieve the pain...I had this happen to
me once and it took the pain completely away in about
a half hour.
It's sweet, salty and oh so good!
