Row 2. 2sc in each st around-12sts.
Rows 3-4. 1sc in 12sts
Row 5. Dec1sc 6x, stuff, dec1sc 3x and FO.
Glue a button on to the 1st red ball, repeat and continue that until you have you have all 4 buttons on.


To make the brown top part of the Leg: with Warm Brown & E Hook (make 2)
This will make the legs sit

Row 1. 6sc in the 2nd st from the hook.

Rows 4-5. Repeat row 3
Stuff
Row 6. Join the 2 sides together by working 1sc through both sides, 1sc in 6sts, ch1 & turn.
Rows 7-11. 1sc in each st, at the end of row 11 FO. Sew the red leg to this piece and then sew the brown piece to the bottom of the doll.

Working along the outside of boot attach red yarn with a slst to the FLO, ch3.

Row 21. With a slst and ch1, wk 1rsc all the way around the ruffle and FO.
Stuff the boot all the way and lay the leg inside on top of the poly fiber fill and sew in place.


To make the Arms: with Warm Brown Yarn & E Hook (make 2)

With this fun ring toss hat game!
Pattern level is easy.

The Witch's Hat With Spring Green
(the Spring Green yarn from Red Heart has a lot of give, so it will fit a little looser).
I used a st marker and I did not join my rows, to me it just looks nicer.

Row 1. Wk 9hdc in the 3rd st from the hook-9sts.
Row 2. 2hdc in each st-18sts.
Row 3. 1hdc, 2hdc in each st-27sts.
Row 4. 1hdc in 2sts, 2hdc in the next st-36sts.
Row 5. 1hdc in 3sts, 2hdc in the next st-45sts.
Row 6. 1hdc in 4sts, 2hdc in the next st-54sts.
Rows 7-17. 1hdc in each st, do not FO yet-54sts.

To make the ear flap: J Hook

Row 18. 1sc in 12sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 19. dec1, 1sc in 8sts, dec1, ch1& turn.
Row 20. 1sc in 10sts.
Row 21. dec1, 1sc in 6sts, dec1, ch1 & turn.
Row 22. 1sc in 8sts.
Row 23. Dec1, 1sc in 4sts, dec1, ch1 & turn.
Row 24. 1sc in 6sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 25. dec1, 1sc in 2sts, dec1, ch1 & turn.

To make the second ear flap:

Leave about 21sts in the front part of the hat, attach yarn.
Repeat rows 18-28 and FO.

To make the small Witch Hat on top of the green hat:
Repeat rows 1-8 for the Ring Toss Hat game, doubling up a few rows when needed, FO when it's the height you want. It's very easy to make once you get it going.
To make the bow: with an F hook
Ch9

Row 1. 1sc in 8sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 2. dec1, 1sc in 4sts, ch1 &  turn
Row 3. 1sc in 6sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 4. dec1, 1sc in 2sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 5. 1sc in 4sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 6. dec1, dec1, ch1 & turn.
Row 7. 2sc in each st, ch1 & turn.
Row 8. 1sc in 4sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 9. 2sc, 1sc in 2sts, 2sc, ch1 &turn.
Row 10. 1sc in 6sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 11. 2sc, 1sc in 4, 2sc, ch1 & turn.
Row 12. 1sc in 8sts and FO.
To make the center of the bow:
Ch5
wk 1sc in each st, ch1 & turn
repeat and FO.
Sew it tightly around the center of the bow.
Make a chain long enough to go around the cone.
Do 2 rows of 1sc in each st each and FO.

To make the band around the small witch hat:
Make a chain long enough to go all the way around the hat.
Wk 1sc in each st, ch1 & turn, repeat one more time.

When making the Witch Ring Toss game use a G hook

To make the brims: (make 2)

 Ch2 

Row 1. Wk 6sc in the second st from the hook.
 Row 2. 2sc in each st-12sts.
 Row 3. 1sc, 2sc in the next st-18sts.
 Row 4. 1sc in 2, 2sc in the next st-24sts.
Row 5. 1sc in 3, 2sc in next st-30sts.
 Row 6. 1sc in 4, 2sc in next st-36sts.
 Row 7. 1sc in 5, 2sc in next st-42sts.
 Row 8. 1sc in 6, 2sc in next st-48sts.
 Row 9. 1sc in 7, 2sc in next st-54sts.
 Row 10. 1sc in 8, 2sc in the next st-60sts.
Row 11. 1sc in 9, 2sc in the next st-66sts.
 Row 12. 1sc in 10, 2sc in next st-72sts.
  Row 13. 1sc in 11, 2sc in next st and FO-78sts.

Don't attach the 2 brims together yet.

The cone part of the hat is attached to the top brim.
 So when making the 2nd brim, repeat rows 1-6.

On row 7 with a G hook make the cone part of the hat.

 I worked a couple rows of the hat and then finished the brim part
 before it got too tall and I stuffed it. Wk row 7 but now wk the
BLO, then continue on to row 13.

Row 1. wk 1sc in the FLO in each st around.
Rows 2-8. Repeat row 1
 Row 9. 1sc in 7sts, dec1, around-48sts.
 Rows 10-13. 1sc in each st-48sts.
 Row 14. 1sc in 6, dec1, around-42sts.
Row 15. 1sc in each st-42sts.
 Rows 16-17. 1sc in each st-42sts.
 Row 18. 1sc in 5, dec1, around-36sts.
 Rows 19-21. 1sc in each st-36sts.
 Row 22. 1sc in 4sts, dec1, around-30sts.
Rows 23-25. 1sc in each st-30sts.
 Row 26. 1sc in 3, dec1, around-24sts.

 Begin to stuff hat.

Row 27. 1sc in 2, dec1, around-18sts.
 Rows 28-29. 1sc in each st-18sts.

Stuff lightly as you go up.

Row 29. 1sc in 1, dec1, around-12sts.
  Rows 30-31. 1sc in each st.
 Row 32. Dec1 until closed and FO.

Cut-out a piece of plastic canvas to fit in between the 2 brim pieces.

With an F Hook:
wk 1sc in each st around and FO.
 
To make the band around the Ring Toss game: with purple yarn and F hook

Ch5

Row 1. 1sc in 4sts, ch1 & turn.
Repeat until it measures about 15inches, and sew in place.
 (For the ring toss game)

To make the buckle: with Gold yarn F hook
 Ch6, wk 1sl st in each ch st, ch5, wk 1sl st in 4ch sts and FO. Sew in place on top of hat



To make the rings: with Purple, Spring Green and Black yarn and F hook

Ch2
Row 1. 3sc in the second st from the hook.
Row 2. 2sc in each st-6sts.
Make first ring 13inches long
Make second ring 10inches long
Make the third ring just a little smaller than the second ring.

To make the Big Witches Hat: with a G hook and Black yarn
(I used a 4.5mm hook but you can use a bigger one if you want.
 
This hat will fit a child/teen


Just try the hat on as you go).
